Royal rude morning crew. Zero customer service. I waited in the drive-thru for over ten minutes to have a rude lady taking my order. After several off-tone, oh my gosh! Ridiculous!!! comments I decided to cancel the other and leave. Management and corporate must train their employee better.

I went to get coffee late at night. This was the only place open. I asked for an iced cappuccino... easy right? Wrong. I got a cup of milk!!!!! No coffee. Never visiting this location again. How do you give a customer a cup of milk????? I can’t believe I paid $12 for 2 cups of milk and 2 donuts but I was exhausted... never again. GET NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!

Dunkin’ and Baskin Robbins combo shop. Decent amount of seats and parking space. Staff is friendly and always helpful. Always easy to order a head and pickup here. They don’t make mistakes often like other Dunkin’ shops in the area. The drive through is usually quick and efficient. They offer free wifi, which was useful when I use dine in pre-COVID. Right off of 46 on way to NYC.
