Staff was nice, but this place is a bit of a scam. I was told I had 3 cavities that needed to be filled, and they made it seem very urgent. They also pushed fluoride and a night guard on me, which I have never been told I need from previous dentists. After being a little suspicious about the cavities (because I'm not usually cavity prone), I went to a different dentist for a second opinion and it turns out I am cavity free. The dentists at Aloha just want to drill into your teeth and make a buck.

Hygienist and dentist were clear and informative. However, reception staff was very rude when I asked about payment plans when I noticed the cost was steep. She recommended that I put a $2800 charge on a credit card and even laughed during the process. Never returning and would not recommend, even with good insurance. I wish I would’ve looked at the google reviews before going.

I absolutely would NOT recommend this place. First, they get you to sign papers that for them "standard" but they are not, one of them is financial polices which is literature paragraphs than actual policies to tell you they will bill you if the insurance doesn't cover the procedures even though they've checked your plans and know what's in and what's not. second one for procedures that you don't need but they make you acknowledge they are not covered, they also make you sign their own proposal of treatment even if you don't chose it. Second, the actually service, my experience was rushed for no reason, the X rays were taken 3 times and were not correctly and then the clean up was also pretty rushed. my partner was "not qualified" for regular cleaning and they required "deep cleaning" and said it will take hours and has to be in two seprate sessions , it took 20min and second session 25min + $200 Never had such bad experience with a dentist office and I wouldn't go there again.

Staff is ok. They recommended to update my old cavities which I agreed to do even though I had no pain or discomfort , ended up having a root canal, no problem. The BIG problem is whatever they did, has caused EXTREME pain in the teeth around it and they are not taking responsibility for it. SOOOO, if you want to end up having more discomfort and horrible consulting, go here. If not, stay away.
