I hate driving around and not finding what I am looking for but worst is trying to call the stores only for someone to answer the phone and not even say "Hold please" but just leave me hanging listening to them at the cash register .... rude

It's interesting how they plan their sales and their coupons. Coupons go until tomorrow March 2nd, but the sale started a day or two ago. I can't go in and buy something at full price and then use my coupon to get me 50% off, because the system won't understand what is being done. I assume this is franchise-wise and to me it is a bait and switch. If you have the same trouble with your purchases of what you want versus what you can get and at what price, complain to the manager. I did and got absolutely nowhere because she really doesn't have the authority to do anything, other than have manager on her little badge. It was very frustrating. Everybody who has issues that are similar to mine need to complain. It is the only way it will get rectified and everybody will be a lot happier. Their fabrics are okay their other items are okay and I can buy any of them in other stores at the same or less price, which suits me just fine at this point. The only drawback is it isn't all in one place. You be the judge next time you go in and have coupons and cannot use them.

You can tell this store is understaffed, between long lines, only seeing one cashier and how much of a mess it can be. The staff that is there is doing their best with what/who they have. Either the manager isn't hiring people or the DM isn't giving hours. The young lady at the register was very helpful and kind, along with other staff members who where asking if I needed help. Did see some guest getting upset because of lines or expired coupons. Be nice to those trying to help you out when you shop. If you want to complain about lines or stock speak to the manager, don't take it out on the employees who are doing their best. Pay attention to coupons and sales signs etc. Don't yell at associates for something that isn't their fault.
