I now understand the problem of hard water on my skin, and I kind of find out alternative ways to solve the issue, such as using alternative soaps that can balance out the effect.

Equipment is junk works about half the time techs are not the best at analyzing problems also didn't know culligan condoned buying booze on company time in a company truck I wouldn't recommend them for water softness services customer service was also bad bad idea to purchase they're product buyer beware

That was five years ago, and I've had absolutely no problems with service or quality in that entire time. The employees really appreciate having clean, cold water available to them at work, and I appreciate that their service is consistent, timely, inexpensive and 100% hassle-free. As an small but important employee benefit it is really a win-win. Highly recommended.
