Ok I was there today 4/27/22 around maybe 3pm. I want to get these specific guys that were on the clock in trouble. I was waiting to order standing at the register. The two guys there were preparing food so I waited patiently for close to 10 minutes. Someone in back of me asked who's taking orders and one of the guys, the shorter one, said they aren't taking any orders in person! Just online! Fine, but he could have said something to me instead of letting me stand around for nothing. I'd looked at him a couple times prior to all this and he just looked away with a little smirk. No "Just a moment" or "We're only doing online orders" nothing. Just a smirk. Purposefully wasting my time for his own entertainment.

The service attitude here is too bad, and the order began to say that coupons are not allowed. I said that you are not Burger King? Why can't it be used? I changed it to 5 yuan or more to use it, and then I ordered a little more stuff, and then I was not allowed to use it. The tone is very bad.

To start with the girl was saying Next Next while someone was with her, then I hear I need to pay else where, fine. But orders were mixed up and 4/5 people were waiting long time, okay, one guy had 4 orders I think. So over all very bad service. Why so they keep all the recipe I don't know...
