The entire staff was lazy looking and I waited for more than 5inutes for the hostess to seat my girlfriend and I. Mind you she was just chilling and talking to her manager completely disregarding us. She made eye contact with us and didn't care. She wasn't busy at all. There was only one gentlemen in the entire establishment that was actually working and trying to take care of us. I was already fed up with the service so I just walked out. Waited another 20 minutes to have our order taken. There were people who arrived after us who got their order taken before us. The entire atmosphere was just lazy and uncaring. The Applebee's in Elmot is MUCH BETTER with customer service.

I always sit at the bar and Omar the bartender is the most pleasant bartender I've ever met. He's attentive and makes great suggestions. My whole demeanor changes when I see he's not at work. Trust Apple Bees is a good place to unwind! Crystal

Overpriced menu items (except maybe for the burgers & sandwiches loaded w plenty of french fries,) small portion size ($25 for that grilled chicken & 4 medium small shrimp combo w sliced onions & mash potatoes or that grilled salmon ... 👎 Sorry, it's just simply not worth it and not even a thin slice of garlic bread, but we are knew it's AB - yet, it is just not acceptable, understanding that prices are up everywhere and there is labor shortage. Plenty of parking right out front. Service from the server was fine and we like the tiny packets of salt & pepper. Could've gone to and should've gone to the competitions or Boston Market for a quick lunch instead. Crossing this place off our list of businesses to support locally & won't be going back.
