This workplace is absurd! I recognize that we are accountable for our children as parents, and that we may fail in some way. But I know for a fact that my friend is attempting to do what is required of her. These people, on the other hand, are unethical! My acquaintance received a letter from the County Social Worker that was clearly signed, directing her to report on a specific date. However, before arriving, she called the office, and the person who answered indicated that the social worker would be out of the office for the entire week, and that the letter was possibly an error? I was born here, I read and speak English, and she signed the letter. So, if the letter indicates a specific date and is signed, why give a date when she is unavailable? Anyway, it also indicates that the social worker attempted to contact my friend by phone but was unsuccessful!? However, she has not! The appointment was then rescheduled. Unfortunately, my friend's daughter is ill, so they declined the second appointment. But every time she calls is a hassle trying to get through to this so-called social workers! It's unfortunate that these are the people tasked with deciding the outcome of such sensitive matters, and they themselves are inconsistent and disorganized! Our next step will be to file a formal complaint with the board of supervisors.

These people are pretty heartless. They lie in reports, they choose sides, they don’t care about the truth, they only care about their paychecks. They keep kids away from parents for no reason. My sons dads wife has burned my son on multiple occasions and taking this crazy burning babies side. She burned them and didn’t even tell the dad she did it and then put him in the car and was going to let me drive away like that. They took my son from me as well and I did nothing wrong. This place and these social workers are crooked and need to be investigated or shut down.

Monica Garcia , Rancho cucamonga office, is a liar , and kidnapper, she lied in court as I sat helplessly listening to accusations in regards to visitations of my grandbabies. She told me I could call her in regards to the next hearing for my twin grand kids, now 3 years old. I took all the.classes that I was told was required to gain custody of my grandkids. Only to be told that after months of classes and completing the courses that I wasn't even being considered as an option. But she said I could now qualify as a foster /caregiver for other children. How stupid is this woman. She should be fired and as far as family reunification being CPS mission statement, that is an out an out lie. I lost my son in a plane crash a year ago. The following visit I had with my grandbabies was denied for the following visit and all visits had been terminated from that point on. She said court ordered yet I called this woman at least 2 dozen times over the month asking about the court date. Which by the way , I had gone to all court dates prior to. With the last date being changed prior to the last court date. She refused to call me back. This woman is evil. Monica Garcia, if there is a God, and I believe there is you will rot in hell for the families, children and parents as well as grandparents you have lived about to make your human trafficking quota. Supervisors beware , these are the people you hire. And FAMILIES BEWARE DO NOT TRUST A W OK RD THAT COMES OUT OF THERE MOUTHS THEYLIE THRKUGH THERE TEETH. DONT TRUST CPS. A FORM OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING.

That majority of social workers in this office are dedicated to protecting and enriching the lives of children and their families. They work with huge caseloads and limited resources. There is a significant amount of success for families and/or their children having better lives if they participate in services in CFS. The county-wide department is significantly understaffed as well.
