This Starbucks seriously needs to hire more staff! There's always one person working at the bar and it's always a line. It should be no reason I placed my order at 8:05 and received it at 9:10. Also, the customer service is horrible. All of the baristas have attitudes and they all need customer service training.

The place is clean and location is great. Been going there for 3 years. All the ice latte and iced coffee drinks lack the coffee kick. They taste weak and do not provide the upper. Some of the people behind the counter need proper training to make drinks consistent to standard. Also it will help with professional demeanor.

This has to be one of the worst Starbucks franchise I have been too its like the wild west no supervision lack of efficiency stealing right in front of staff and no one does anything plus they make you wait since they focus on mobile orders I waited 10 minutes for a shaken expresso I was only customer on line every one was just hanging out its like a hangout for juvenile delinquents

This store has a lovely design, aside from its entrance which is a very cramped ramp. The issue with the store is not the baristas, but the lack of people that were on the floor. During a morning rush of college students, they had two on bar, and one on POS. They need more help for such busy mornings!
