Whoever the employee in the morning is either has to retire, relocate, or be fired. I've walked out on this location twice already, and it's always been due to slow service. I'm avoiding this location until they figure out their staffing situation.

I been going to dunking donuts for years since I really enjoy they hot chocolate and they sandwich , recently I stop to this particular location and order a hot chocolate and a turkey power sandwich , but the sandwich dint look edible and dint look like any other sandwich that I have eaten before , but when I try to ask the employee she gave me a very nasty attitude and by no mean she was interested in giving me another sandwich she said is nothing wrong with that sandwich and that she can't give a refund or another sandwich I felt discriminated by this person and is sad that such good place is being run by people who has no business in doing customers services . NOT A 24HOUR LOCATION. WILL BE CLOSED WITH NO NOTICE. I go here everyday Monday-Friday and I usually have no complaints. However, I ordered on the dunkin donuts app as I usually do but today the shop was not ready. As I walked in a worker quickly shued me out saying they aren't ready right now. She didn't ask if I had an order ready or anything. She locked the door behind her and started setting up. I have to get on a certain bus in the morning to make it to work. I guess I just donated $5 to dunkin donuts because after 30mins I left. There's usually a homeless man holding the door and sleeping on the counters. I've never complained about that because he's very polite but like any normal person I don't like my money being wasted. I also understand they don't have any control over the app itself so I can't be refunded.
