These reviews aren't lying!!! The customer service is horrible. I try not to deal with the tellers. They seemed detached from reality. My last transaction a teller stopped in the middle of it to talk to someone who interrupted... TWICE!!! I now either make deposits at the ATM or just go to Oak street. I'm on the fence about closing my account.

This bank is a scam. They put a 4 day hold on a paycheck so you can't pay your bills on time

At this time the branches continue to conduct business at the drive-up and through the online channels. Appointments may be made to handle business transactions that cannot be easily taken care of at the drive-up. We continue to assess the situation and will open our lobbies when we feel it is safe to do so.
