Ordered 2 avocado toasts with bacon, a strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles and 2 orders of hash browns. The lady that took my order messed up bc she punched in 2 avocado toast with tomatoes not bacon. So when the other worker was making it I had to correct her. She had no problem fixing my order but the original cashier had an attitude. Then they gave me the 2 toasts and 2 orders of hash. I asked for a big bag to put everything in (the toasts and hash). A third worker gave me a big plastic bag without any issues. Then I said that I also ordered a frosted donut. The lady that took my order looked at my receipt and then went and got the donut. She tried to give me the donut in the little paper instead of putting it in a small paper bag…like they usually do. So I asked her to put the donut in a small paper bag and she goes “you already have too many bags” (while rolling her eyes and putting the donut in a paper bag). I replied “well I’m not going to put a frosted donut in the same paper bag as hash browns” and she ignored me and started talking to the customer next to me. I didn’t know there was a limit to how many bags your order should have… if it was that big of a deal I would’ve paid for the “extra” bag.. either way the cashier was very nasty and rude. Not to mention it took over 20 minutes to complete my order.

Hands down the slowest and worst Dunkin in all of Ny I went here as a student of Bronx community and service was bad and slow. Stopped a few times after work and always Get the order wrong. And then get angry at you for just saying it’s not what was ordered

The lady in the morning with blond hair is very rude and they always get the Drinks and food wrong. Machines never work either. Very pricey. Would NOT Recommend. Go in the afternoon for the nice staff

Was in the area and figured I'd stop in to get my latte. On line behind 4 people. Took about seven minutes to order and an additional ten to receive drink. Very very slow. For no reason. It just seemed as if the two employees purposely moved in slow motion.
