Told that this was a mobile service where they will come to you. Had an appointment at 3:30. He came to the location and didn’t call to say he was there. Then I had later to find out he had went to another location and would be free at 7pm. I said again and called him close to 7 to see if he was still coming and he said he’s four blocks away and needs to do one more thing. He said he would call me as soon as outside. 8:20 still no show so I decide to call and guess what? Blank no answer. How unprofessional. I would not want anyone to get played like this. If you can’t make it let the person know. Really unfair. Lost a good tipping customer UPDATE: Also the feedback is also a lie. Did not contact me. Trying to make themselves look good but it’s fine. Don’t let this review stop you from their service, maybe it will be good for you, but this was just my experience . No need to lie on the feedback or maybe they just confused me with another customer that was mad because what warranty?

I had come here because of good reviews. My samsung galaxy screen was cracked, and i wanted to get it fixed asap. They advertised fast repairs, (30 minutes), so i had gone there. They first told me it would be ready the next day. I agreed, and not wanting to send my phone somewhere and wait a week, i came back to pick it up the next day. This ended up taking more than a day, about 5 days. They initially had a defective screen, and i had asked for them to order a new one. While removing my old screen, they had cracked the back panel of my screen. They had repaired both, (not charging for the back panel) taking two more days. Once i returned, they had ordered and placed a back panel of a different color than i originally had. I had asked them if they would be able to order the same exact one, and to call me if they would be able to. Once home, i realized there was a gap where the back panel was glued down, enough to be able to put a nail in. A day later the back panel had cracked just from the way the panel was glued. They had never called me back about a new back panel. I don't blame them. If you have a galaxy i wouldn't recommend going here. They're nice people, but i wouldn't recommend it.

I had a wonderful experience with IDropped. I was helped by a man name Oliver. He was patience and kind. I had problems locating the shop and he took the time to help me with directions. The shop is clean and has tables and chairs to sit at while you are waiting for your repairs to be completed. He worked fast and was very efficient in getting my phone fixed right away. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in or out of the area :), Blessings
