I went to get my galaxy s10+ broken screen replaced First, they put the wrong type of glass and it had rubber bands to hold it together. The phone was glitching and doing all types of things, like calling,texting and jumping to different screens all without me touching it. I was to wait over two weeks for a new screen to be ordered. Low and behold the glass on the phone cracked. When I went back he said I had to pay $217 more, no discount,, to replace it again I just left because it wasn't a guarantee that it would work properly. I paid $217 for nothing. Frustrated with a non- functioning phone. I went to Xpro Wireless II Corp @ 430 Rockaway Ave. My phone is like new again. Don't waste your money @ I Fix IT NYC. They will fix you.

Pros: Fast service and screen replacement cost are inexpensive ($100 for an XR screen) Cons: The replacement cost is inexpensive because the replacement screens are cheap and of poor quality. The replacement screens scratch very easily and are very prone to shattering even with a screen protecter

Overpriced and unprofessional. technician wanted to charge me $350 to repair a screen. All other places I called the quote was $275.
