Having just moved out of 365 Bond I can honestly say it's not worth the prices they push. The entire time I lived here the AC kept giving out. The other reviews are accurate that the AC's are defective and do not work. They shut off randomly and the first 3 weeks we lived in the apartment we would wake up in 85 degrees. Management was slow to address this issue and didn't even offer a fan in the meantime. The last few weeks we lived at the apt, the maintenance joked " Well, I guess the AC is the next tenants problem." Secondly, this is supposed to be a non-smoking building. Our neighbors would smoke inside their apartment and we smelt strong cigarette smoke in our unit for the entire year. I contacted management on many occasions and they would just tell me they'd "look into it." Never did anything about it. They will also charge you 60+ dollars for painting when you move out. The apartment is also located next to a Super Fund site, which, you should definitely look into if you are thinking about moving to the building. Very bad management.

Took a tour of the building with Matt and wish he could be my realtor for all NYC buildings! He was thorough, kind, sophisticated, yet homey. His knowledge of the building and the area really helped me get a feel for what living at 365 Bond would be like.
