Every year they keep raising the rent. Customer service in leasing office is terrible. Hard to get a hold of anyone if at all. Returning calls and communication very bad. Maintenance is also bad. Can take several weeks / months to get anything taken care of, even in an emergency situation. I would not recommend them under this ownership.

This place is a nice apartment complex. Lots of trees what makes the place always looks a lot more peaceful and nicer. Nice apartment complexes very easy to get to, very accessible via major roads and the freeway. For a ski gear this is a great place. You might experience 8 out of 10 orders I get tipped. Those are not bad odds.

I do not know why such a low rating on Google, but the apartments are very decent. The territory has everything you need: swimming pools, gyms, sports grounds, plenty of free parking space (1 covered + 1 on the territory). For a year and a half, we have not had any unpleasant situations. The place is quiet, the houses are nice. Service staff solved problems within 1-3 days (air conditioner repair, replacement of bulbs, sockets). People in general are normal and quite comfortable. About a minuses, they wrote about them before, in the most intense heat, several ants appeared in the house, and after that there were no more ants during the year. And once a year we saw spiders, but again for a very short time and very small. The post office is a little inconveniently located, you need to walk about 5 minutes. Very good place to live.

I recently moved here last month on the 25th to be exact. I like the apartments very much, they are not too old not too new they seem in very good condition. Apartments have stainless steel appliances. Great vinyl floor that reflect gray wood. Nice plush carpet, ample storage, master bedroom has a walking in close, there is washer and dryer and if you wish for you can even get a garage. Getting approved was a hassle, when we came in an applied for the apartment on June 30th my wife and I thought it was going to be plenty of time to get approved. Our file went from person to person in the office getting handle in different manner. After almost 10 days after applying I started to call to find out what was going on. They would asked me for information I had already provided and would be told I would get a call before the end of the day and it would not happen. Close to the 15th of July I decided to come in and talk to the manager I was stop at the front door by one of the office personnel and was told that the manager had my file in her desk and that she would give me a call before the end of the day, once again it did not happen. I gave them 2 more days and once again I called the office to find out what was going on. I was told my file was missing information I already had giving them. The person on the phone was a Male, I felt the way he handled the situation that day was very unprofessional, I did told him that and he said that he did not see how it was unprofessional and that he need it the information that day in order to close the file. At that moment I was ready to cancel my application. I decided to come in once again and see what was going on. When I came in I was received by Jennifer. I told her what was going on I explain her the whole ordeal, she was very professional she told me not to worry about anything. She took care of everything that day and told us that we were going to have the lease to sing the very next day. If it was not because of Jennifer we would not have moved in. Thank you Jennifer Now we have requested 3 times already for some things to get fixed and so far nobody has come in. We would go in and request for the 4th and request a repair order.

I live in a non up graded unit and I'm disabled. There is no easy excess to my unit. My rent is over 1400 dollars a month. That is what the upgraded units pay and the management Avenue 5 do not care cause they are all about the money! My carpet is at least 10 years old and won't clean,no bar in the bath so I won't fall no raise toilet with paying for them which is against the law! They brake laws all the time but it's Avenue 5 so they can Drecreminte!!! I would not ever recommend the highlands to anyone. People move out as fast as they move in because of the high rent, drug dealers live here,cars get broken in to, no security etc....
