A four year old would require a ticket. Children two and younger do not require a ticket assuming they do not occupy a seat. If you would like for your child to have a seat regardless of age, they would require a seated ticket.

We offer the Beyond Meat Burger at the ballpark from our 1st Base concessions and "The Show" stands.

The Upper Club Level seats (which are just outside the Diamonds Direct Luxury Lounge) are partially covered from the elements and possibly the sun (depending on the time of day and where the sun is in the sky). The sun however, sets behind these seats - so for night games at BB&T Ballpark, the sun will be blocked by the partial roof and the ballpark itself offering shade in the evening. For day games however, the sun could possibly reach some or all of the Upper Club Level seats.

There is public WiFi available inside BB&T Ballpark during the Charlotte Knights home games. The SSID broadcast name is "Fan Net" and there is no fee or password needed to connect. The signal covers almost the entire ballpark facility. If you experience any issues at the game, feel free to tell someone at our Guest Services booth and they will make sure any issues are notified to the correct personnel.

The best seating for someone with a walker would be our ADA accessible seating in the top row of the majority of sections along the concourse. Field Box and Home Plate Club seating Row V, Home Run seating Row E, Power Alley seating Row F. Please call the Ticket Office for additional information. Gates at BB&T Ballpark open an hour and five minues prior to game time. For a 7:04pm game, gates will open at 6:00pm. For a 5:05pm game, gates will open at 4:00pm For a 2:05pm game, gates will open at 1:00pm.

You can hire someone bto teach, but no classes at the ballpark that im aware of.

No weapons of any kind. No coolers, ony 1 unopened water bottle. You can take a purse but it and contents will be examined. You will be body wanded also. My suggestion is to take as little as possible. I'm sure, however, that they prefer you bring cash or credit card so you can spend plenty of money there. 😂
