I've heard a lot of complaints about the old management, but will somebody please tell me what they think about the new management here? Thanks!

I live in a non up graded unit and I'm disabled. There is no easy excess to my unit. My rent is over 1400 dollars a month. That is what the upgraded units pay and the management Avenue 5 do not care cause they are all about the money! My carpet is at least 10 years old and won't clean,no bar in the bath so I won't fall no raise toilet with paying for them which is against the law! They brake laws all the time but it's Avenue 5 so they can Drecreminte!!! I would not ever recommend the highlands to anyone. People move out as fast as they move in because of the high rent, drug dealers live here, cars get broken in to, no security etc....

The place is horrible .. actually worse now than with the last 2 managment company's. The owner is not reachable. Apartments are in disrepair . Saftey and security is a joke. Drug deals in the parking lots, needles and baggies found in the parking lots!!! People sleeping in cars, Van's etc. Homeless digging in the trash and sneaking around apartments and sleeping on the patios of empty units. Cars hit in the parking lot, broken into, tires flattened on multiple vehicles, the list goes on. Needless to say.. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO LIVE SAFLEY OR HAPPILY!!

they are much better than the old management; for me i complained about microwave issue and they changed it in 2 days with brand new one, same thing with the water heater.

No, you can't speak for the whole complex, but you have helped me thank you 😁

Better but still a little room for improvement. They're more responsive and interactive for sure. Still some little communication hiccups every now and again (but nobody's perfect) but not as bad as it used to be. I feel maintenance has definitely gotten better, I don't feel like I'm waiting for weeks to get help and they seem more helpful. But that's just my recent experience, I can't speak for the whole complex, right?
