Booking sent me to genesee location. Verified on Google map. No location for hertz rental exists there. I called hertz and they refused to send a pickup, even though this was the address information I was sent. Very poor customer service.

Don't use third part booking agencies, that have no idea what your inventory really is. A massive inconvenience to come to pick up your car, just to be told, "Oh, we don't have anything available, sorry." B.S.

After making my reservations online , When I arrived at the storeThey told me because it was a debit card There was a 24 hour waitBefore I can rent a car. Why would the online reservationAllow me to reserve a car before the 24 hours. Facilities not clean. Employee coughing without a mask.

Please do not rent on this location. If I can give them a zero star I would. I rented a car for a week they charged my credit card 3times the same amount. Capital one credit card notified me of fraudulent charges. I called this location to get my money back and they said they couldn't. I was furious. I called Capital one back and had my card blocked and I got a refund from Capital one which in return had to pursue this crooks for 30days to get their money back. A few months later I did a mistake of renting via airport car rental and didn't realize hertz are connected to thrifty and dollar rental. Same issue. Horrible experience 😪. Please don't rent from them; if you do check your bank account balance multiple days after you return the car. Rent from them as a last resort please.
