Staff was friendly and purchasing process was easy. Found the battery online, ordered online late at night and picked up in store the next morning. Used the 10% coupon for online order. The staff called in the morning to inform me the only battery of that model had a mark on the outer layer plastic. I insisted on getting a new one without cosmetic defect. A couple of hour later he said they were able to transfer one from other store nearby. I am happy with the Duracell battery I got. The only complain for the battery is that it does not come with a handle.
