Soloman was very patient and informative on helping me purchase my first electric guitar. Also want to give a Big shoutout to Oscar! Its always intimidating walking into a guitar store, but the dudes working today made it awesome!

drum section is bad, everything is worn and there was not a single fully functioning kit. The rest was of the store was great but there was no assistance in the drum section whatsoever, and I waited for a while. this place has been in a big decline since the pandemic.

Could never seem to find what Im looking for here. Not very well stocked. Aside from 2 employees, the rest of the employees seem to get bothered when they need to "look" for an item. Today I was told they had 3 in stock (for the item i was looking for). He looked for it sitting down and finally decided to get up and still put very minimal effort into looking for it. Finally checked in the "back" i waited for about 20 minutes just to get a "oh nevermind we are all out". I'd recommend going else where.

All the staff is so nice and helpful and really made my visits great. I forget the name of the employee but my first time going here this one employee showed me around the place and gave me tips when I was buying my first guitar, and even gave me a little hand exerciser to stretch my fingers! My most recent time coming, I had bad fret buzz on my guitar as well as some other issues, and Ralph not only fixed my problem, but fixed other ones as well and improved other things, all for a great price! This Guitar Center is amazing!

I believe yes you can . i saw some "pre-owned" stuff there.
They keep a limited number of people in the store at one time, so you may have to wait outside for a few minutes. Wear your face covering, as well. They have hand sanitizer and all that stuff inside. Just give yourself plenty of time, because you might be in the queue for a while.

Speakers generally do not have fuses. Fuses are a component of amplifiers to protect them from overheating and overvoltage conditions. JBL speakers as well as most all speakers need repair or replacement if they stop producing sound but check to verify the amplifier feeding/connected to the speakers are producing power by connecting another speaker at a low volume.
They do purchase used gear. Flutes are less commonly bought and sold so you may have better luck on places like Facebook marketplace, Craigslist, or gear specific sites like reverb.com
Try James Hood Guitar Repair El Camino Real Carlsbad, Ca. He's the best and a lot of us pros use him. He can fix anything with strings on it! Recommended by Rick Calhoun, Newport Beach, Ca
