I thought yes win when they said i could show up 4 hours early man was i wrong here i am on my appointment time and still no sign of being finished 4 hours and counting ... friendly staff though

Worst customer service ever. Talked to 3 different reps over the phone and they provide 0 customer experience. They'll give you an attitude before they try to understand what you are calling about. I work with many different freight companies and this has been the worst on my 16 years of experience.
