I’ve belonged to the gym for several years and until I started training with Brian I wasn’t very faithful and I realized I wasn’t doing many of the exercises correctly. I started training with Brian a few months ago and I’ve seen improvements already!! He tries to find alternatives to exercises I don’t care for, so it’s still somewhat enjoyable. I look forward to competing & challenging myself now. It’s a family atmosphere with other members offering encouragement and commiserating about our workouts! I’m lucky to have found them.

I can't imagine what my life would be like without Avon Fitness & Tanning in town. The facility has all the equipment I could want and the staff is always there to spot me or cheer me on when I need it. Having access 24/7 with a key fob gives me the ability to do my workout at my convenience; including holidays. If you are looking to join a gym, you need to stop in and take a look for yourself...Hope to see you there.
