Wonderful park for today’s festivities!

Great exercise park featuring manmade park equipment labeled as such for a exercise around and across the entire park. Also has a horse track and some of the old sulfur springs nearby.

Great place to visit. Picnic areas are clean and the playground has been updated recently. Just need to be tolerant of the smell of sulfur smell as there are multiple springs on the grounds.

Good local sports park, playground, picnic areas, ball fields. Also, historic landmark healthful Avon sulfur springs spa and driving park. Horse track. Smells like history anyway.

Don't know why someone would say no, because there absolutely is! If you go to this park and drive to the end of the baseball fields, towards the Ash Tree Woods which is currently being replanted. Then, park your car and walk over the small bridge (which goes over a small creek but wait, there's something better very close). Then head straight to the far end of the baseball field. Then, turn left and head toward the Girl Scouts' butterfly garden (you'll see some benches here and a small break in the trees). Follow this new pathway up to a large boulder with a memorial marker on it. Then at the boulder turn right where there is a large bridge crossing a lovely creek! You can even get in this creek if you're careful and, back when I was little, we would catch crawdads here. Happy exploration!
