In general, I am highly pleased with the compassionate care received while at the office. J. Williams, DO is thorough, she listens and includes the client in the plan of care. The only problem I have ever had with the office is when phoning in requests. They do not always seem to make their way to the appropriate HCP. This last visit was rated as above.
