I did not plan on buying a new car and was going there to look at a used one. The window price on the used car was only $1000.00 less than new one so I weighed my options. While I am enjoying my new vehicle the total all in experience was just kind of eh'. Because of the current market conditions the buyer does not get the same appreciation we would have say 4-5 years ago. The attitude of the dealership was more of "well if you don't by it, someone else will." Now I did need a car so I didn't have the nerve to say "no thank you", and just walk out hoping they would call me back in. And they reinforced that feeling often with comments like that. So there was no room for negotiation or really working with me. I have no one to blame but myself because nobody forced me to sign paperwork. The staff was kind enough but I over paid and I feel the dealership is taking advantage of the current supply and demand market. On a side note, the salesman that did assist us was very kind. **Their customer lounge needs some serious help. It is very uncomfortable and out dated compared to other dealerships I have been too**

Incredible Customer Service!! I sent a request in that I am looking for an F250 Lariat at about 8am and by 9:30am Dylan Johnson gave me a call. To my surprise they had 4 Lariat F250’s in stock! I called 5 or 6 other dealerships and found only 2 other trucks with a $15k markup… Fritts Ford had a minimal markup on my truck. Big Shout out to Dylan and Alec for making this happen. They were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. It truly was a pleasure working with them! Safe to say Fritts Ford has earned my business from now on. I am now a proud owner of a 2022 F250 Lariat Tremor 👍🏻

Overall a very positive experience! Anthony, my salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. This was by far the fastest and smoothest transaction that I have had buying a car. From the initial meet and greet through to financing, everyone was pleasant and tried to make it as quick as possible!
