I understand the need for making appointments. What is the point of having hey front desk your answer your questions if they absolutely refuse to try and help you at all. The older retired gentleman at the front desk to stay retired if he does not know how to use technology and cannot help others who need it. Not scream at people entering who ask for help making an appointment

The service is terrible …… the workers don’t keep the same answers ….. some people say appointment only some people say walk ins accepted……. The management is horrible …….. and the security guards as you walk in treat people like sheep

Terrible. Unless u like being treated like cattle. And don’t step off the rug!!!! I knew better, can’t say same for other poor guy, thought we were going into lockdown. Lady helping me pleasant to start. But took a personal phone call while helping me, no problem I get it, little strange but whatever. I know what it’s like trying to arrange physical therapy. But then. In the middle of me asking a question she is done talking with me and sends me to the next window. Wow. Guess there is no regulation there. I will say the security guards were nice. I hope never to have to go back there. So disappointed, I wouldn’t have said anything if I wasn’t treated with total disrespect. Wanton in Warren County
