Can you say shill. Bid them up and make them lose money. Who's to know. Plus they add a $10.00 lot fee per lot. Talk about greedy. Better auction companies out there.

Very poor customer service skills The GM Jean is very standoffish and unprofessional. Being a repeat customer you would assume they would be professional enough to handle a simple issue. They offered to re-sell a BROKEN item in the auction that I had brought to get me my money back. Says alot about his morals. I asked for corporate office number they refused. Carlos the site manager was also no help and didnt know how to handle his job in a professional manner with just calling back to relay simple info. Worst service eve .

My husband and I purchased a car here and the vehicle had so many problems it was unbelievable. We tried to return they car and they would not take it back. Ended up costing us more money with the time spent and repairs needed then if we went to the dealer to get the same car. We got absolutely ripped off. Terrible experience and very frustrating.

The worst auction checkout experience ever. Took nearly 4 hours to checkout and there were only 5 customers. Be prepared for long wait times!!!

I bought a scion with low mileage at the auction. Haven't really had any issues with the car. I did have to change a belt after I bought it. It's been 3 years and I still have it. The car did have some scratches inside and out. I am assuming the car was used for deliveries. Didn't bother me though. Good car.

The place does charge a commission i believe, which varies. It'll be disclosed on any transaction. On vehicles, theres various taxes involved.
