My appointment time is 7 AM .I am trying to check in 6:15am .they told me come back at 7 AM exactly . No truck parking sign all over the street. I'm not coming back here .

They will let you in 15-20 minutes before your appointment time. Guard may not tell you but don’t open the trailer doors back up door closed.Take truck registration and your driver license to the shipping office.Very narrow streets to get to the place. Not much of parking places. Nice people. Coffee and donuts,. Frozen bread had 9:15 appointment. Checked in 9:05 am , loaders finished loading @11 am . Waiting for paperwork 20 minutes

Awesome people. Big space for backup. Although streets are small but rest is excellent. All the persons I deals with are very polite. Very fast unloading. Guard was polite, review against him I dont agree. You dont need to cut seal and open door. They will do it once you parked at the dock.

You want to approach through union Pacific to get to los Palos street.. entrance is on los Palos street.. you'll have to check in with Guards.
It depends based on your experience
Hey, depending on how busy docks are,you might be permitted to get a door for your truck. If it's busy however there is space around the building (outside the gate) to park your truck. Source: I work here.
Depends on how busy they are sometimes they have taken me at my appt sometimes they have taken me up to 3 hours early just depends they're one of the better freezers they are nice and will try if they tell you they will.
They put a load lock in and the receiver kept it.
60 fwy get off on Lorena st. Make a left on the exit.
depending on how many pallets are on order we normally try to get everyone in and out as soon as possible.we get done.
