Many issues with parking. Staff told me over a month ago assigned parking will happen in 1 to 2 weeks and they have not done anything about it. It is very hard to park here. There is no on street parking if every spot is taken. Many apartments have a garage but for those that do not you will be lucky to find a spot many buildings away from yours. It is an inconvenience to anyone who works nights.

The employees here are as polite and professional as they come! Also, the amenities are top notch! I 100% would recommend the Alinium to anyone!

My family and I loved living at the Villas. We renewed our lease 4 times during our time there. The community is always well manicured, full of great amenities, and the staff was always attentive to our needs. The proximity to I-65 is super convenient as I work downtown and love the quick commute. We currently purchased a home nearby and will miss it there. I highly recommend the Villas by Watermark.

The villas feel like a home which is really nice. We have the biggest two bedroom 1st floor option. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are really big as well. I love all the windows, the high ceilings and the beautiful flooring. The kitchen is absolutely stunning, it's my favorite part. The only negatives are that the walls are thin, I was able to hear whenever someone walked around, when they flushed the toilet, when they left the building, when they were arguing or doing it...luckily we haven't had any issues for several months since we do not have neighbors living upstairs. Also the electricity bill gets really really expensive in the winter. We sealed our windows and tried to keep the heat low but the bill still came out to $315.00 in February. Besides these two things I absolutely love the villas, you won't find a nice apartment with a good price and square footage like this in Indiana!
