Haven’t been to this location since pre-Covid due to poor service. It hasn’t changed. Waited 15 minutes for shake, never got it. Left, lesson learned.

Dining room could use some attention as the window sills were very dirty, cleaning towels and new trash bags left out on the trash can. Bathrooms needed tending to ( the small trash cans in the women's restrooms were overflowing with used sanitary items) but the food and customer service was amazing.

Congratulations McDonald's you have made my Top 10 in not going to this McDonald's ever again. I ordered a double cheese, large french fries, large Diet, and a med. Vanilla shake. At the window I got my drinks, my large french fries but didn't receive my double cheeseburger. So this place is off my list for good. Congratulations for screwing up my order. By the way the guy at the window passing out the food needs to say thank you. Oh, I get it this restaurant is too good for people to thank. Yes you lost a customer because of the stupidness at this restaurant. You need to teach your employees manners. They need get out the right orders and to say Thank you to the Customers. I need to start going to the McDonald's in Whitestown, at least the get the orders right and say thank you. You guys are pathetic.
