I’ve been living at the aria for over a year. My stay at the aria was great at the beginning but towards the end there was a switch in management. When Tanya became assistant manager it seemed as though racism became very visible living there. One night as I was helping decorate the club house Tanya took it unpin herself to question why I (a resident) was there utilizing the 24hr amenities. She then proceeded to question did I get it approved to have a get together. There has never been an issue when using the club. We normally post in the tenant portal to inform other tenants of us using the space so everyone will be aware of who was using the space and not overlap get togethers. Tanya then said a very ill remark towards me and walked off. I then tried to speak with her to address the issue in a very professional way but she ignored me and decided to call the police because I was using the club house without “permission”. The police came and told those who were there celebrating a birthday to leave (yes all of us were black. There was another group of people there and Tanya didn’t address them but only addressed us. From that day living at the aria became uncomfortable. From the excessive fees to the pool area being junkie with pool cleaning equipment to the sensitive fire alarms in the garages to the bad smells in the hall ways and dog Feces and the list can go on. I DO NOT recommend anyone to rent here. I spoke to many others who have had run ins with Tanya and they have had the same sentiments. They use to make the front office assistant clean the bathrooms and they use to be upset if we tried to ask why. (I can say more about this but I do not have enough space). If you are looking to move here… I suggest you don’t.

The aria apartments have been home to my husband and I for over a year now. We love it here! The office staff have been so welcoming and kind. The maintenance staff have been quick to respond and very helpful. The amenities are so fun as well. My husband and I have hosted a number of events in the clubhouse! The apartments a so homey, luxurious, and modern. I definitely recommend living here!

Urban apartment complex with top notch facilities like a golf simulator, gym and pool table. The apartments are super big and clean. The people are really friendly and help you out with any issues you are facing. They attend your maintenance issue within a day or two. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.

Tonya was the best!! She helped us so much throughout the process & made everything low stress!! Not to mention she's a blast to work with. My husband and I love the Aria & our new apartment. It has so many unique amenities that you won't find anywhere else. Plus the maintenance guys are super helpful and kind which is great! If you are consider moving here do it! & Idk why people say it is noisy. We find it to be a calm and quite place to live.
