This is one of my favorite spots and I have been going here consistently for the last 3 years. These people work incredibly hard. I just wish they weren't so understaffed. And I mean they are egregiously understaffed. Each of these employees at this place are working likely 3 jobs at once and don't even have time to answer the phone to take orders. These employees are stressed and doing their best. From my perspective it's been a consistent thing as I order pretty much twice or three times a month. Used to be 15 to 20 minute wait times. Lately in the last 3 months I have been given 1 hour wait times. As a result of how understaffed the restaurant is the quality of the food has been reduced, nobody answers the phone and the food is always cold on pickup. I don't leave reviews much but this place was really nice to get some wings. Always good wings handed over from people with personality. Just in the past year it has felt like it's been losing what I liked about it and gone through a massive turnover rate. Always new faces in and out. Going to give the place a couple of months before I give up completely on it. What I will be looking for is signs that the employees are trained better, no bare bones staff, better wait times, better food quality and answering the phone. If I see these things moving in a positive direction I will likely change my review. This is the only spot to get wings in town and I want to see it do better. There is an adjustment that I really hope this place nails. I guess I am just worried in the end. Don't want to see this place go.

I know it's a wing place but I go there for the cheeseburgers more than the wings. The wings are good but I just love the cheeseburgers. The food is excellent, the service is always good and the beer is cold. I don't know what else I need to say.

Made an online order and was told that it would be over an hour to pick-up. I arrived 10 minutes before the order was supposed to be ready. Was told that order was ready and I ask how long it had been ready and was told 15 minutes. And they hadn't called to let us know that it was ready. Order was over 40.00$ and food was cold, the fries sucked. Customer service is not a priority with this company.

Food was good, server was friendly and prompt. It did take quite a while for our meals to come out, but it was kind of busy at the time. Prices are a tad on the high side for what you actually get though.
