I loved the Fluttering Duck! 100% recommend trying this restraunt. My burger was melt in my mouth, my fries were crispy, and the service was great!

First, it is a hotel restaraunt if that tells you anything. 2nd -been twice and no reason to go back. 1st trip had a ribeye and shrimp and the ribeye was ribeye- sandwich-thin and cooked med-well when asked for med-rare. Wife had fish and …Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns and for giving us more than one opportunity to serve you. The fact that you did not have good communication from our staff is something we will definitely work on and improve! Even when things aren't going right--and these days there are many reasons for that--we should always let our customers know that we care about them and make them aware of anything that may affect their dining experience. Thank you also for mentioning the good with the bad--I am so glad you did enjoy the Duckling sandwich and the Tenderloin sandwich!

As of January 18, 2021,The Fluttering Duck is operating at 50% occupancy or less. Masks are required to enter the facility and in public areas, except when eating. Tables are spaced 6 feet apart and with 6 people per table. Servers and culinary staff have their temperatures checked every shift. Servers wear masks at all times when providing service to guests. Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance for all to use. The restaurant is periodically flushed with cool, outdoor fresh air--meaning we open doors to the outside area to allow new air to enter the dining area. For intrepid diners, we will still serve food outside on our pergola with wind screens available. This is an option when the weather is over 40 degrees. Online ordering and pick up is available.
