Yes. you have to sign up through a 3rd party. The best group is www.1010thsmotorsports.com. 1 day is about $340, 2 days is 450-490. 2.5 hours of track with an instructor if needed.

Look at their track day schedule for events.
Look at WERA for motorcycle track racing novice events or regional dates & schools.
Depending on the event is going on at the track usually there's no entrance fee to watch however there is forms to sign for liability purposes.
