I have drempt of having a bloodhound since I was a child and finally moved into a house with plenty of land. I did a lot of research when looking for a breeder and found Dam Lodge. I called and spoke with Sylvia about her litters. From speaking with her and looking through her website, extensively, I could tell how well taken care of her dogs are. We brought our sweet girl home almost 2 years ago. Piper is sweet, energetic, incredibly smart, and healthy. And Sylvia has been there every step of the way. I can text or call her with questions and she is always happy to answer. She knows this breed very well and has a wealth of knowledge she is happy to share. I highly recommend Dam Lodge Bloodhounds!

We can not say enough great things about our journey to get our Millie. Sylvia is one of the best breeders I have ever met. She is there for their first breath and takes care of them and loves them until they are in your arms. The pictures and videos we received daily made it feel like we were there watching her grow. From the first phone call, it was obvious how much Sylvia loves her hounds. She talked with us, asked questions to make sure we would have the perfect puppy for our personalities and lifestyle- and that’s exactly what we have. Cocoa was SO amazing, we had a hard time sharing so we were back in contact with Sylvia within a month to bring another little girl home- Buttercup.
