I was worried about coming to the urgent care here because of the reviews. But I had an agonizing knee pain so decided to come anyway. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised with the service here. Nurse Chu was sooooo sweet and gentle. Dr. Chu is also amazing. My overall experience here is great. Thank you!

Really bad service really slow service. the Asian receptionist was racist towards me assuming i stole some else's medical papers the Drs and staff were really rude and mean I was denied antibiotics or anything to help with my infection and I was sent home with no help I wasted 3 hours for nothing I'm seriously thinking about cancelling this insurance

10 stars! Wonderful experience, all staff kind, knowledge, eager to help and positive attitudes. Not to long of a wait, nurses friendly, taking the time to show you they are there for you, and so informative. Caleb, my NP was awesome, listened carefully, asked lots of spot on relevant questions. Was truly caring and concerned. I was blown away by all this caring professionalism, and now know which Urgent Care facility to not hesitate to go to. Thank you!

I’ve been coming to this Kaiser for a few months now and can say that they provided me with great medical attention. The urgent care tends to be on the busy side but it is still faster (and less expensive) than going to the emergency room. This location has a robust pharmacy with a lot of over the counter medication at average prices. Finally this location host different Healthy Living Workshop with topics like living with diabetes, heart decease prevention to Mind and Body Health.

Yes but she will be screened. HOWEVER it would not be advisable. She would have to wear a mask AND these medical offices are treating a lot of respiratory issues right now. Your daughter would be very susceptible to picking up the virus. I.e. In a carrier or car seat, close to the ground, virus particles float downward. Surely you could get a friend, neighbor, relative to care for her for a few hours. Your daughter's health depends upon it.
Yes, they're have a radiology lab that performs x-rays. If you are not being sent by your Kaiser doctor, I would guess that you would want to be seen by Urgent Care (also in the facility) first, rather than just showing up at the lab without a referral.

As soon many answers and the picture show, hours are 7 am to 9 pm except Sunday when it's 830 am to 9 pm. There are no department specific hours posted.
