I’m a Kaiser employee and this place has the worst customer service ever. They tell you wrong information just to finish the phone call! They caused a problem with my work because they told me they will get me an extension for my doctor note within 24 hours and that the doctor will call me within 24 hours (spoken with Julie) then when I called them back after 24 hours saying none called! They said there’s no time frame for calling you back (spoken with Anna)! So I have to go to work while I’m coughing because their carelessness!

I love Dr. Farag. She is the very FIRST Kaiser doctor to actually listen to what I was saying and then actually took the time to explain why we should/should not do further tests. She is currently the only reason I am not switching my health coverage away from Kaiser. Also her medical assistant is great (sorry I forgot her name). The four stars are for Dr. Farag and her medical assistant. I would give 5 but it's Kaiser.

Thanks 1-2 months to make an appointment. Then takes 3 weeks for someone to get back to you about x-rays. Oh and who do you complain to? I'll give them one thing. When you make an appointment they are really quick. But it still takes 3 weeks to get your x-rays.
