Dropped the truck off Sunday night and included a list of everything I needed done. On Monday, the Advisor called and provided estimates for the work that was needed. I provided the approval to proceed. Beyond that, the communication from the service dept was absolutely terrible. There was zero follow up. I was travelling and needed my truck back on Thursday morning. I started calling Wednesday afternoon, seeking an update on when the truck would be done. Initially, the receptionist said "I'll have the advisor give you a call back." No call back. I got the same message when I called back the second time. Again, no call back from the advisor. I tried calling again and was on hold for 20 minutes, then was hung up on. Called back again, trying to reach someone and was again on hold for over 20 min. Flew home and landed late but received no voicemails or updates. Called early the next morning and told them I'd be there at 8 to pick up the truck. They had the truck ready but not everything on the list was completed! So frustrating!!!! Their lack of concern or care for the experience of the customer is astonishing. Overall, a very poor experience due to lack of communication, lack of returned phone calls and incomplete work.

To the team at Ford of Upland, I thank you for everything you did to get me into my new 2022 F-150. Casey my salesman is truly one of a kind. I highly recommend using him if you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Russ the Sales manager and Elena in finance were fantastic to work with as well. I was there for a total of 3 hours which was the quickest I have been in and out of a dealership while buying a new car/truck. To the whole team at Ford of Upland I applaud you all for your dedication and customer service!

True to his word, Russel helped me order the Truck I was looking for, fulfilled everything he promised, and delivered to me the best Auto Buying experience that I have had in the last 50 years! Want to buy a Ford?? Give Russel a call! And not to be forgotten, Don Wilson was my Salesman, not hyper, not pushy, and a pleasure to work with! Don consistently followed up on all my requests, and took the time to show me the Truck inside and out! Because I had a delay in picking my Truck up, it had to be washed a few times and Don made this easy by not laying guilt on me! As Auto Dealers go, this is a store worth dealing with! Give Russel and Don a call, they make a great team!! See you down the road!!
