The SA agent coordinator there, Cathy Las, is extremely rude and will not answer any of your questions without giving you major attitude. She is half way through retirement and is fed up with everyone there. I went through the SA process and she was so difficult to work with and very unprofessional. When I asked her to check on the status of my application, she told me to "focus my impatient energy on working out because clearly I need it." And the list goes on...This is an extremely bad reflection of the bureau and I hope she doesn't intimidate good candidates because of her lack of respect to her work.

You'll be able to easily talk to a friendly phone customer service quickly and report right away. Friendly customer service. If you like to report a crime in LA area call FBI office right away. If you are in instant danger you should call 911 instead!
