I have used Crown Limo 4 times now-- twice for parties for my kids where we needed to transport a big group of kids from one venue to another, and twice for airport transfer-- both to and from the airport. Every time I have used them, the drivers have been super professional and have arrived earlier than the time they were supposed to be there, so I never had to spend a minute stressing about if they were coming or not. The communication from them has been impeccable-- I always receive a text ahead of their arrival confirming that they will be there and supplying me with the name of the driver and their cell phone number. Most recently, we used them for transport to the airport during Covid time and the SUVs they sent were fitted with plexiglass partitions between the driver and the passengers and the drivers wore gloves and a mask the entire time. When we arrived at LAX from our trip, we got a message to call our driver when we were in baggage claim. I did and told him where we were and he was there to pick us up within a few minutes. Excellent service all around and they alleviated a lot of my fears around taking a car during a pandemic with their adherence to proper social distancing. Traveling is stressful but thanks to Crown, getting to and from the airport can be completely relaxing. I recommend Crown wholeheartedly!

Outstanding Experience & Service!!! We have been using Crown Limo pretty much from the day they launched. We will only use them. Their front end from booking to dispatch is an excellent experience. Very professional and accommodating. Their drivers are experienced and professional. The drivers always show up a little early which is fantastic. Better early than late. The vehicles are in beautiful condition, clean and well kept. No smoking allowed, thank you Crown. I do not use Uber or Lift because I do not feel safe or secure. Crown Limo hires experienced professionals, and this is worth the cost and peace of mind I get. THANKS team!!

Hired a limo for 6 hours for a personalised tour of LA. My wife and daughter loved it. Staff were excellent and very helpful, our driver (Ron) was professional and full of local knowledge. Car was immaculate and well stocked with sodas and Ice. We brought our own champagne. We paid about $500 for 6 hours
