Bad management. I called in a pizza order. Told the guy i had a coupon. Got to the place and manager and cashier said we don,t take coupons unless you order online. Even though the coupon did not say online order. I left the pizza there and they had no problem with that so lose lose situation.

My pizza had so much sauce on it that all my toppings slid off when I picked up a slice. My pizza also was half cut I had to recut it just to eat it. Now typically this papa johns is REALLY good especially compared to the one in eastbrook plaza which is in my delivery zone so I ordered carry out so I could specifically go to this location. Maybe just a bad night for them. I’ll also add I’m sure if I had asked they’d have remade it but I didn’t ask. As this is truly the first time my orders been messed up at this location. I order from here all the time. All my good experiences make up for my ONE bad experience.

Amazing pizza place that our family has ordered from for years. They are always consistent with how the pizza is made, resulting in not one bad experience. I recommend never getting the plain original crust, as it is probably the worst crust I've had on a pizza. Stuffed crust and parmesan cheese are both very good options.

Jalapeno poppers are very good. The padida is a little smaller than I thought but still very good.
