I can't believe that even in a emergency situations trying to get help is impossible to. This afternoon I called to get help due to me getting hit by a commercial truck I was asked by my attorney to contact this company to get help for the month of June, a person by the name of Alex answered the phone and started the conversation with a pause waiting on me to say something and I took notice that he was waiting to see who I was before assisting me. When he spoke he ignored speaking back to me and basically started the conversation with unfortunately we can't help you and seemed very annoyed with me. It seems as if everywhere I call or go to, to handle taking care of business I get someone who have no problem hanging up in my face or yelling at me. These employees should be recorded while on the job and monitored there is a lot of discrimination going on in these businesses and it need to be looked at. How terrible, that was not Alex first time doing that he just got comfortable doing it.

for me and to me personality this Department has done its job, getting back my money from people that has done nothing for me after I pay them for their services, and so I can say that if you know how to do your complaint on line its the best easy and effective way, to do so. but if you try to call them on the phone or do something else other than get their help on line, well that might for sure waist your time and disappointed you.

I suppose that people who work there have good intentions, but the system DOES NOT WORK FOR THE CONSUMER. This a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! It is shameful the County of Los Angeles engages in these sorts of useless endeavors and does not provide any help whatsoever in mediating with businesses. In this case it was Sears, so it's inconceivable. It's window dressing to the many County problems and complete and utter incompetence of County leaders.

They don't help consumers, at all, especially consumers affected by SCAMS. This program and this department should be shut down. The people hired to help consumers, including immigrants who are not US Citizens nor California legal residents, don't investigate and literally do not do anything, at all. If you are having the same issues, please promptly report them.
