No costumer service. The kids at the front desk just screw around and do not greet you when you come in or when you leave. They don't even look up from their cellphones, or stop their personal conversations when there are customers present. I called in to cancel my membership while I go back to school for 8 months, the guy on the phone told me I HAD to come in person to cancel the membership. Fine, I went there after work and they told me there is only one person who can do the cancellations, and he had already left for the day. I would've come at a specific time if they informed me of this. Then they tell me I can just cancel it over email and I didn't have to actually come in, so that was of a waste of time. Giving two stars because the gym was moderatley clean.

I walked into this gym to get a membership and was actually convinced to NOT get a membership strictly from the customer service. The girl at the front didn't look up from her phone when I walked in to speak with someone and the gentleman who was signing me up was so rude and dismissive that I got up and left. I got a membership elsewhere. I was very disappointed as I would have loved to become a member.

What a joke. No hot water. I go to check out the gym this morning which I’ve been paying for for a while and guess what? NO HOT WATER. Stay away. Why would you pay for a membership to a gym if they can’t even supply hot water. My recommendation is if you’re going to sign up here check the hot water supply first. I will be asking for my money back

I would like to .say thank you to the managers and staff for keeping a clean & professional gym environment. This location (Lake Forest) is FAR better than any of the other locations I have been to in Irvine. Quality, up-to-date machines, clean gym floor and locker room, pleasant staff and attention to detail. Thank you!!
