I was blown away by the beautiful mosaic at the entrance of the library. They have a Chicano Resource Center where they have all books related to Chicano Studies, pre columbian art, literature and history books. This library is a sanctuary for other bookworms like myself.

There's a banner at the front showing "2019 Best Library! It's indeed clean and beautiful unlike some of the libraries where too many stinky homeless people are.

Yes. You order your book through their website and choose the library to pick it up from. Depending on the book it could take a lot longer than some books. Books are quarantined so you have to wait at least 4 days between people.

No, the library does not offer classes. But there are citizenship kits that can be checked out with your library card.
Yes. Every Tuesday 12 - 1 pm. Just check in at the customer service desk and make sure you have your library card in good standing. Meaning no fines over $10.
