Its Taco Hell here after 9pm this taco bell turn into hell. Today was probably the worst experience i had. Good news i got my return. The bad news is manager, and employees need retraining i ordered a chicken chalupa supreme combo with 2 chalupas 1 taco and a drink. None of the employees i talked to including the mamager had no idea what was on their drive thru menu and thats sad that they dont know and that i had to argue get loud with them just to get my return because i kept asking for what i wanted and they would ignore what i said and do something else it made me upset. I would give this review a negative 2 if if i could

This is just a small image of the beginning of the problem, everytime I come through for a quick dinner for my family there is either something wrong, something just thrown into the bag or something missing from my order, series training or quality control needs to be implemented.

It had been a very long day. Ordered the box dinner and the cashier said, "be careful with the bottom".... When we get home, my son was out of the car and he went to grab the box. BE CAREEFULLLLLLL.,. the bottom feel out and food on the ground. We was able to save the burritos, not the Tacos .. They gave us the tacos back no charge. Thanks Taco Bell.

I have never written a review but after my experience at this establishment, I felt that it was necessary. I ordered through the drive-thru and attempted to order “1 single beef chalupa” and “cheesy potatoes”. The response from the worker was unknowledgeable. She asked me twice whether I wanted the #6 chalupa meal and 1 beef chalupa/1 steak chalupa. Both to which I stated no, and I wanted “1 steak chalupa”. She pasted the mic to another worker where he asked the same question. I stated again my order, before asking about the potatoes, and mind you, I had started ordering with no cars in the line and ended the order with 3 cars behind mine. The man understood my request especially since there is a single chalupa option under the “specialty” menu. I was then able to order the cheesy potatoes and received the total. I had no issues until returning home. I indeed received one steak chalupa, but received an order of something I’ve never seen before. I did not receive cheesy potatoes but received an order of what looks to be “refried beans”. Needless to say, no one understood my order and I could not have spoken clearer.
