Madelyn is starting out and was trained by the best and was outstanding with taking, handing my order. She took my order and got the job done with a difficult order. Management helped, understood but most important. GOT THE JOB DONE! My service was so good I forgot my food was too. Now that is what you call customer service, take out, fast food, or just your way.

Arby's advertise opening at 10:00 am. My husband and I stopped today, May 31, 2022. We tried to open door at 10:00, the door was still locked. My husband knocked on the door, no one responded. At 10:05 I call the store, no one answered. I hung up when we saw an employee unlock the other door. After she unlocked the other door she turned in our direction and went behind the counter. Needles to say we left and went up the road to grab a bite to eat.

Food was cold and sloppy dining room was dirty everywhere not swept or moped. floor very greasy and 90 percent of tables were dirty and we were the only people in the dining area for at least 40 minutes at 11:30 am on a Friday and they had at least 6 people working mostly standing around

Stopped for a quick bite. The Chicken Bacon Swiss was hot and fresh. I did have to wait in the drive thru longer than expected but overall it was worth it. Actually got napkins which is always a plus and the fries had salt on them, ah the little things that mean so much 🙂.
