Don't come in a car, the road is one way all dirt and rocks. I almost got pined in by 7 jeeps. Not joking. Lots of black bees not sure they sting...

Kind of crazy place for a hike given that it's a former prison camp. There are remnants of the old buildings all around the area. I'd like if the history was preserved as it was and not graffitied but it is what it is.

Really unique place with an interesting history if you are into that. Also, there are beautiful walking/biking trails and roads for miles around once you are done exploring the prison camp ruins. How often do you get to say you took a trip down prison camp road!

Yes , it’s down the street just a minute from the access to the prison. There is old cemetery and if follow trail to back you will find the actual prison camp burial place. Can’t miss it.
