Just picked our car up after one week. Dropped the car off without any issues. Picked the car up. Everything was fine. We have been parking for years here and have had a couple issues but most were related to ongoing issues with construction or delays at the airport. The issues need to be researched ahead of time because LAX is very often a mess! The reason for todays “3” is due to the fact that our driver was complaining about everything. Then he started in on the police. Since we are retired police, we did it want to hear this and especially from local business driver. Of course everyone has frustrations but the driver has no idea who his passengers are and should exercise more respect/restraint.

Used them for a 3 day trip mostly because it worked out to be cheaper than taking an Uber to and from the airport, and for what I thought would be the convenience of not having to wait for a pick up at LAX-It. After having used the service now I realize that the convenience part isn't entirely a thing. After dropping off my car on a Friday early morning, I had to wait 20 minutes for the shuttle. By then a large -ish number of people were waiting and a family was asked to wait for the next shuttle (they got in saying that they are willing to stand in the shuttle). On the way back, I waited around the same time (20 - 22 minutes) for a shuttle to get me to the lot, outside terminal 5. The first shuttle we saw did not stop because it had filled up by before getting to T5 (this makes me think that the entire experience could be better if you are flying out one of the smaller numbered terminals). The shuttle that picked us up, also got very full and people had to stand inside. Attaching a photo. Other than the waiting for the shuttles part, things were good. My car was safe and moved outside by the time I had to pick it up. The employee at the counter was nice and one of the drivers I talked to was friendly. Give yourselves about 35-40 minutes extra from the time you get to the parking lot, to get to your terminal. And similarly about 30 - 35 minutes from getting to the arrivals door, to the parking lot. If the Fox people read this, I would highly recommend adding a few more shuttles.

I valet parked here for 12 days. On March 4th, picked up car and started to drive away and the car had a flat tire. I very quickly returned, but the tire was ruined resulting in a $260 new tire. Valet didn't have the decency to inform me of the flat. He/she drove the car up to the front and knew the tire was flat. I informed the employee in the office and she reacted with "oh well". We then changed the tire ourselves. They never offered any assistance and even asked us to move the car as it was in one of the front parking spots. I did file a report with the company and received a denial of claim from Manager Luis Vargas. I replied back to email and it was undeliverable as it was only going to a Fox general email account. I will never use them again due to their handling of the situation.

Worst parking ever, do not leave your keys, dropped off my Escalate they split in it took stuff from it moreover after I filed the claim did not even get a call back or apology. I found scratches on the car, they drove the car outside the parking lot for personnel use

We left car there and took their shuttle to the airport, after coming back, they retrieved our car and after paying fees we were good to take it. This was for long term parking as we were out of country.
If you can, let them know. That said there should not be any issues.
