PRICE GOUGING, beware. We did roof top parking which is supposed to be the cheapest rate and parked for more than a week. We were SHOCKED when the total bill came out. They charged $39 per day!!!! We are even Parking Spot members. The lady at the exit told us that prices go up in the summer. Other places around the area are cheaper and are upfront with the price per day. We usually park here because their rates were comparable with other places, but not anymore!!! Hire an Uber and save yourself money or park somewhere else.

Parking here is great! Super convenient location that is safe and secure, quick shuttles with friendly drivers. Only thing to note is that if you park on the rooftop, there is no elevator access, so you have to go down stairs one level or roll your luggage down the driveway ramp to get the elevator.

Easy and simple reservation. Easy in and out process. Well lit garage and security roaming around which is important for safety for myself and my car. Quick shuttle to LAX without the hassle of driving in myself and dealing with that terrible congestion. Competitive prices.

I felt very safe leaving my car there. The pick up and drop off on the shuttle was very easy. The shuttle is easy to spot, there is no missing that thing! Both drivers were kind and friendly. Overall a great experience.
