The app makes everything super easy. The staff is polite and professional. Love how when you're back at LAX their pick vans are so easy to 'spot'! And the best part, I don't think I have ever waited more than 5 minutes to get picked up. Also, love the car wash option...nothing beats coming home after a productive but brutal business trip to a nice clean car.

They are very awesome. Also I appreciate how they give you a bottle water as well. The drivers are very kind and help you put your bags on the bus and off the bus as well. They get you to the airport safely and fast. I always enjoy having this company in my options to stay with as I travel.

The entire process was super easy! They have wonderful staff who were helpful and friendly. Yvonne was our shuttle driver to the airport and was great! Our male driver (didn't catch his name) back to our car was amazing. Will never use another parking place near LAX again. I HIGLY recommend.

i purchased my parking pass the day before dropping my vehicle off and it's a pretty good price. i'm sure there are closer locations or better prices but the reason i purchased at this parking garage is because of the shuttle. they were quick getting us to the terminal and back to the parking garage as well. it does fill up quickly though so be sure to make your reservation ahead of time.

The Century Blvd location is off the 405, you can either go North on the 405 from the 105 or take Aviation as was mentioned. You can get a ticket from the machine when you first arrive and use that to checkout, but you'll need a credit card (I believe they also have a cashier window by the Valet on the first level if you need to pay cash, but not at the exit). If you book a reservation online they should give you a QR code to scan that will work as well
The clearance at the ground level is 9 feet 2 inches. The clearance on the other levels is 7 feet 2 inches.

Depends on if you self park inside, on top of their structure, valet park, etc. Best to make a reservation online where you can check the rates and maybe get a discount.
It depends on which floor you park and for how long. For current rate call them. There are usually discount coupons on the web. Also, many companies are offered discounts thru their employee relations department.

Depends on what level you want, I always use valet. To pay a little more but you don't have to worry about getting your car after a long trip.
